Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location was fantastic, right by the main square offering a fantastic view. The rooms looked beautiful online and upon arrival, but the Jacuzzi had slightly warm water, limiting its use. The lack of an elevator on the second floor wasn't an issue for me. The service was friendly and hospitable, although housekeeping did not enter our room despite clear cleaning hours. The view from the hotel was fantastic, placing me close to the Chocolate Factory and at the center of all activities in Leavenworth Christmas Scenes. The dining experience offered home-baked Alentejo bread. The facilities were adequate for my stay.
This hotel has a great location right in the heart of downtown Leavenworth, perfect for experiencing all the town has to offer. The rooms are spacious with some featuring a King bed and a jacuzzi tub at no extra cost, offering stunning mountain views. The service was top-notch with a hospitable staff, although housekeeping did not adhere strictly to their hours. Dining options were limited to pastries only. The facility is close to the Chocolate Factory and other downtown attractions.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was quaint, clean, and classy, offering a comfortable experience. The service was top-notch, delivering nothing short of 5-star treatment. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Leavenworth with tons of things to walk to. However, the room being under a deck surrounded by smelly trash cans was a downside.
The hotel's rooms on the second floor lack an elevator but are equipped with a range of amenities including a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, TV, and an electric fireplace, though the placement of the fireplace makes the room feel slightly cramped. The service by street staff was fantastic, with friendly, professional, helpful, and attentive interactions, even if housekeeping didn't enter the room. The location in Leavenworth Village allows easy access to downtown attractions during festival times, but it's located on a dead-end alley, which might not appeal to all guests. The dining experience provided crepes, although the dated furniture and furnishing in the facilities might not suit everyone's taste.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were nice and clean, surrounded by some unpleasant surroundings, and the service was delivered with utmost courtesy but lacked proper safety measures. The location was the hotel's strongest suit, offering convenience to explore downtown Leavenworth. However, some shortcomings were noticed in terms of customer service and accessibility for disabled guests.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and conveniently located near everything, but it was a bit smaller than expected and not like the photos on the website. The service, however, was top-notch, with the staff being polite, professional, and very helpful. The location was superb, perfect for exploring the town on foot, yet it was a little noisy in the morning because of its proximity to the loading dock. While the dining options were limited, the organic products offered were a nice touch. On the bright side, the hotel's facilities were great, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
