Hotel Leavenworth, Leavenworth

The hotel's location was fantastic, right by the main square offering a fantastic view. The rooms looked beautiful online and upon arrival, but the Jacuzzi had slightly warm water, limiting its use. The lack of an elevator on the second floor wasn't an issue for me. The service was friendly and hospitable, although housekeeping did not enter our room despite clear cleaning hours. The view from the hotel was fantastic, placing me close to the Chocolate Factory and at the center of all activities in Leavenworth Christmas Scenes. The dining experience offered home-baked Alentejo bread. The facilities were adequate for my stay.

The rooms are spacious with some featuring a King bed and a jacuzzi tub at no extra cost, offering stunning mountain views. The facility is close to the Chocolate Factory and other downtown attractions.

The service by street staff was fantastic, with friendly, professional, helpful, and attentive interactions, even if housekeeping didn't enter the room. The location in Leavenworth Village allows easy access to downtown attractions during festival times, but it's located on a dead-end alley, which might not appeal to all guests. The dining experience provided crepes, although the dated furniture and furnishing in the facilities might not suit everyone's taste.
